The Holiday Inn is attached to the Roberts Center where we will hold most of the dog events.
Room cost is $129 plus taxes per night, with a one-time pet fee of $50. The hotel will provide plastic to be placed under the crates used in the hotel rooms, you will find them at the check in desk.
Reservations will open on AUGUST 6th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST. You CANNOT book rooms before then, and you are also unable to book rooms for our event online. To make your reservation, you will call the hotel.

Cancellation Policy for dog shows: Any cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Hotel Rules and Regulations:
- All dogs left unattended in hotel guest rooms must be crated.
- The Holiday Inn Roberts Center will provide sheets of plastic to place under the crates. Up to four dogs will be permitted per room.
- Housekeepers will NOT have to service rooms in which dogs are loose and unattended. Moreover, they will be required to report this rule violation to hotel management.
- A pet deposit of $50.00 will be charged for each room in which a dog is housed per stay.
- Rooms found to house a dog/animal that is not secured in a crate will be charged a higher pet fee. Individual room occupants will be assessed for any damage or destruction to their room – including but not limited to – damage to sheets, towels, flooring, furniture, carpet, etc…
